1. Acceptance

By using We Are Down Right (wearedownright.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility — United States only

This service is intended for residents of the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you should not be using this site. We do not market to or knowingly serve non-US users.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for everything done with your account. One account per person. We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't harass other users. Don't post illegal content. Don't scrape or automate the site. Don't impersonate other people. Keep venue and show information accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — shows, venues, comments, ratings. By posting, you grant Nonagon Design LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content within the service. You're responsible for what you post.

6. Our content

The site, branding, and code belong to Nonagon Design LLC. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that show or venue information is accurate, and we don't guarantee uptime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nonagon Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at $100 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also delete accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
